When we started I felt awkward and very uncoordinated but as it went along I loosened up and just let myself move. Having some time in the middle to reflect and pray set my mind on God. -JB

I loved that it was first thing in the morning. I loved getting to try new things with my body with no judgment of being seen. Being able to express things with my body is foreign to me, but it was such a fun and meaningful exercise, plus it made my body feel good as well! - NQ
