Welcome to Arise! I'm Tallis. See that HUGE smile on my face?! That's what I look like after doing Arise.

I started this for myself and a few friends while my dance studio was closed during the pandemic. And we quickly realized that life with Arise is so much better than life before!

I am a dancer, and have been all of my life. And while Arise is inspired through dance, you do not need to be a dancer to enjoy Arise. Most participants aren't! It's completely private, just you and the music. We leave the rest to God.

What I've learned in this journey so far is that amazing things happen when we Arise.
